4/22/20 – Faith Marie
How nice it has been to have three days off of work this week. Spending the extra time at home and playing with my pup has really brightened my spirit. The past couple days off I have been doing beach body workouts. It has sucked that the gyms are closed. Fortunately, I am blessed with options to do workouts at home with minimal weights or equipment. This morning I did a cardio workout (I do this one a little too much). Cardio has always given me the best release and fulfillment from my workouts. This workout challenged me with burpees and planks and continues to challenge me every time I do it. I am hoping to get stronger and better every day. What workout moves do you struggle with and want to improve at?
